About Me - Ushmita Nana
The practice is founded and directed by Ushmita Nana, a registered counselling psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPSCA) and the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).
Prior to obtaining a Masters Degree, Ushmita was employed for a number of years within the corporate sector where she was involved in performance management, career development and coaching and mentoring initiatives. During this period, Ushmita also volunteered at the Alzheimer's Institute of South Africa where she provided psychoeducation, counselling and support for the families and caregivers of those impacted by Alzheimers disease. Thereafter, as part of her academic training programme, Ushmita provided psychological services at public schools, community centres and at a public hospital. Ushmita currently supports the practice whilst engaging in corporate initiatives.

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Psychology (UNISA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science (UNISA)
